Shopping in the online store

You can shop in the online store if you are over 18 years old.

After you have placed an order and accepted the terms and conditions, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing the order. We reserve the right to change prices, terms and conditions for each order.

The subscriber is responsible for the use of his/her own account and password and for keeping them safe. The subscriber undertakes to provide correct information when ordering.

Tariff

In the online store, product prices include VAT. The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product in the online store at the time of ordering. Possible shipping and handling costs are displayed at checkout. Pick-up orders from the store are free. Heavy or large deliveries may incur additional costs. Possible additional costs are indicated at checkout for the selected delivery method.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious price errors. An obvious price error refers to a possible pricing error for a product in the online store such that the price of the product deviates significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product. Examples of obvious price errors include the following:

  • if the product has a price of 0.00 euros or no price at all
  • if the price of scissors, customer chairs or other valuables worth hundreds of euros is stated as, for example, 9.90 euros. (comma errors)

In the above cases, the incorrect price is clearly different from the correct price, and the customer is deemed to understand the error. If any errors occur, we will contact the customer.

Delivery time

We generally process orders within 1-3 working days. Customers can also choose to pick up from our own store in Sinikallio, Espoo . Pick-up orders are usually available for pick-up 1-2 business days after ordering.

Delivery time depends on the product, its availability and delivery address. The estimated delivery time for the product can be found on the product page in the online store.

If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed from the estimated delivery time stated on the website, our customer service will contact the customer via the email address provided when ordering. Kauneustori.fi reserves the right to deliver products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.

If the product does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe and our customer service has not contacted the customer, please contact customer service. info@kauneustori.fi or tel. 044-347 7799. We reserve the right to refuse an order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be refunded to the subscriber within 14 days.

Warranty

The product warranty period is stated on the product page in the Kauneustori.fi online store. The warranty does not apply to defects related to normal use and wear. The warranty also does not apply to defects that can be attributed to careless use of the product or neglect of care.

Order cancellation and product returns

The subscriber has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered. If the subscriber wishes to cancel their order, they must contact our customer service by email. The email must include the subscriber's name, address and order number. We will refund the payment for the canceled order within 14 days.

Exchange and return rights

The delivery is considered accepted unless a complaint is made within 14 days of delivery.

Always contact customer service first before returning the product.

The price of the product will be refunded using the same payment method that was originally used to pay for the product. Please note that this also applies to products received as gifts. If you return a gift, the price will be refunded to the buyer using the same payment method that was used to pay for the product.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is returned due to damage or defects.

A €15 handling fee will be charged for returns other than incorrect deliveries and warranty returns.

The seller will not refund a product return if the product has been used or its packaging is not fit for sale, unless the return is due to a product defect.

Products ordered at the buyer's request from outside the stock selection are not eligible for exchange or return.

The product must be unused, in resaleable condition and in the original, like-new packaging. If you notice that your shipment is damaged, report it immediately to the post office, who will file a damage report.

Simply returning the goods or not picking them up from the post office without a separate notification of cancellation is not sufficient reason for a return.
