Maintaining the skin's optimal pH level, the toner helps prevent the formation of new blackheads and impurities while evens out skin tone. The toner soothes and refreshes the skin. Contains mineral water and vitamins that moisturize and nourish the skin.

Add toner to a cotton pad and wipe your face with the cotton pad.
